Why it Matters
This Isn’t Just A Mission.
This is about our own—and how we stand together moving forward.
For many veterans and first responders, the hardest battles don’t happen in uniform—they come after!
For many veterans and first responders, the hardest battles don’t happen in uniform—they come after.
After the calls.
After the deployments.
After the job ends and life is supposed to go back to normal.
Life moves forward—but not always in a clear direction.
The experiences stay. The responsibility stays. The weight stays. The memories stay. The silence grows.
And for many, the question becomes: what comes next?
And too often, they face it alone.
Our Mission
Building on the foundation of bond, Broken Arrow Motorcycle Club is committed to reducing suicide among veterans, active-duty military, and first responders by building a strong, accountable bond rooted in trust, support, and shared experience.
We create environments where people can reconnect with purpose, find strength through community, and move forward alongside others who understand the realities of service, sacrifice, trauma, and transition.
We foster a strong sense of brotherhood among our members. Through shared experiences and mutual support, we create lasting bonds that extend beyond our rides. Our club is a place where veterans and first responders can find understanding, friendship, and a sense of belonging.
We are dedicated to supporting the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of our members. BAMC provides resources and assistance for those dealing with PTSD and other service-related challenges. Our peer support network offers a safe space for members to seek help and share their experiences.
We honor the service and sacrifice of our members and all who have served. BAMC is committed to preserving the legacy of veterans and first responders by participating in memorial rides, ceremonies, and events that pay tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
Giving back is at the heart of our mission. We engage in various charitable activities and community service projects to support veterans, first responders, and the broader community. Whether through fundraising events, volunteering, or awareness campaigns, we strive to make a positive impact.
Riding is not just a hobby; it’s a therapeutic activity that promotes mental and physical health. Through our organized rides and events, we encourage members to stay active, enjoy the outdoors, and find solace on the open road. Our activities are designed to enhance well-being and provide a healthy outlet for stress and anxiety.
These aren’t just statistics.
The numbers tell a story we can’t ignore:
- Over 6,000 veterans die by suicide every year
- That’s roughly 17–18 veterans every day
- More than 140,000 veterans lost since 2001
- An estimated 184 law enforcement officers die by suicide each year
The phrase “22 a day” became a rallying cry—but regardless of the number, the mission remains the same:
Reduce the number.
Because every number represents someone who mattered.
Many who struggle aren’t looking for answers—they’re looking for people who understand.
The transition after service can bring:
- A shift in identity
- A loss of structure
- Fewer people who truly relate
Without the right support, those challenges can grow harder to navigate.
That’s why connection—and the right people beside you—matters.
Broken Arrow MC exists to close that gap.
Not through programs alone—but through people.
Through bond.
Through shared experience.
Through showing up when it matters most.
We create a place where:
- You’re understood without having to explain everything
- You have people beside you— not just around you
- You can move forward with purpose, not uncertainty
Real change starts with connection.
A conversation.
A ride.
A moment where someone realizes:
“I’m don’t’ have to fight this alone”
That’s where hope begins. Where momentum builds.
That’s where purpose is rediscovered
And that’s how lives are changed.
We are not just aware of the problem.
We are a response to it.
Every ride, every conversation, every connection -- moves the mission forward.
To stand beside those who served.
To support those still fighting, still finding their way.
To make sure fewer are left without that support.
Every number represents a life – and every life matters.
And our mission is simple:
Reduce the number by strengthening the people behind it.
By building connections.
By restoring purpose.
By moving forward together.
No One Rides Alone.
We exist to change that.
We believe bonds save lives.
IDENTITY STATEMENT
We are more than a motorcycle club.
We are a bond committed to protecting, supporting, and saving lives—starting with our own.
